For your business

IT for your business that belongs to you.

Your external IT department, custom software and the way out of expensive rented clouds – data in Switzerland, predictable costs instead of per-seat fees. I build and run the systems your business relies on.

Sound familiar?

When IT costs more than it brings in

  • The Microsoft bill climbs every year – per employee, per month, with no real added value.
  • Your company data sits under foreign law, on servers somewhere abroad.
  • Key processes live in a spreadsheet, because no off-the-shelf software really fits.
  • There's no in-house IT – and when something fails, the business grinds to a halt.

What I do for your business

From managed IT to your own software

Managed IT

Your external IT department: operations, support, updates, monitoring and security at a predictable monthly price. You focus on the business; I make sure the technology runs and stays secure.

Custom software

The software your business actually runs on – inventory and stock systems, internal tools, dashboards and automation (n8n), built to fit instead of spreadsheet chaos. Learn more →

Off Microsoft 365

A stepwise cloud exit: Nextcloud instead of OneDrive, your own mail in Switzerland, predictable costs instead of per-seat fees – no disruption, at the pace of your business. Learn more →

Self-hosting & infrastructure

Your own servers, virtualisation with Proxmox, a segmented network, a backup & recovery strategy that holds. Your data on your hardware in Switzerland – not on someone else's servers abroad.

Why sovereign

Your business, your data, predictable costs

Data in Switzerland

Your company and customer data sits on your hardware or in Switzerland – not under US law like the CLOUD Act.

Predictable costs

A fixed monthly fee or a one-off build instead of a per-seat licence that climbs every year – you know what IT costs.

Open & maintainable

Open source, handed over documented, source code is yours – no lock-in, not even to me.

How it works

Three phases – without disrupting the business

01 Initial call & plan free

We find the biggest lever – often the climbing licence bill or an Excel process – and make a clear plan with fixed figures.

02 Rollout in steps

Cloud exit or software step by step; old and new worlds run in parallel if needed – the business stays operational throughout.

03 Operation & handover

Handed over documented, source code is yours. On request I take on operation, updates and security long term.

"I don't sell theory from a datasheet, but what I use and manage myself every day."

  • Custom software built once – no per-user subscription, source code is yours
  • A concrete quote with fixed figures after the free initial call

How it works

Four steps to IT that belongs to you

A clear plan with fixed figures and an order.

FAQ

Good to know

Concrete routes: Microsoft 365 alternative · custom software · your own cloud & NAS.

What happens if you're out or on holiday?
No knowledge stays only in my head. Every system is documented, monitored and alerts automatically on problems. For managed-IT clients we agree defined response times, and I work with a partner network for emergencies. On request I store access and runbooks so that third parties could take over too. That way your business never hangs on a single person.
Where does our company data live?
On your own infrastructure or on a server in Switzerland – your choice. Your company, customer and employee data doesn't quietly flow to a US corporation and doesn't sit under foreign law like the US CLOUD Act. I set the systems up in line with Swiss data-protection law (revDSG/nFADP); with an EU angle I add the necessary GDPR points. Access runs through clear permissions, is transmitted encrypted and backed up on the 3-2-1 rule from the start.
Can we migrate off Microsoft 365 without disruption?
Yes, that's the norm. We go step by step, at a pace that fits your business – not a risky big-bang over a weekend. First comes what brings the most benefit or costs the most: file storage and mail, for example. Email history, calendars and documents are migrated, staff are taken along, and old and new worlds run in parallel for a while if needed. So the business stays operational throughout.
Will I be locked in to you afterwards?
No – on the contrary, that's the core idea. I build on open standards and open source and hand everything over fully documented. For anything built custom, the source code and database are yours. You can switch at any time, keep running it yourself or bring in another provider. On request I look after it long term – but because you want that, not because you have to. Sovereignty means independence, including from me.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Managed IT, software, infrastructure and automation I look after remotely across Switzerland. For things that need an on-site visit – networking and hardware, for example – I come to you in Aargau, Zürich, Zug and the surrounding area. For agencies and other providers I also work in the background (white-label). What makes more sense, we clarify in the free initial call.

Swiss data residency

Your data stays in Switzerland.

On your own hardware or on servers here – not on someone else's servers abroad, not under the US CLOUD Act.
